Intelliwire

Intelliwire provides domain registration, web hosting, virtual private servers, and co-location rackspace for businesses and personal users. In practice that means turning support emails and chats into tickets with owners, priorities and SLAs.

It makes the most sense for support teams from two people to hundreds. Alongside the main category they mention Customer Service and Web Hosting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Intelliwire is based in Lexington, Kentucky and around since 1998. You can read more at intelliwire.net.

Things worth asking about: channel coverage, automation rules, and per-agent pricing. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Intelliwire well, your review carries weight here.
