Intelliun Corporation

Launching IU.me, a cloud service for social networking, collaboration and automation. That is the short version of Intelliun Corporation. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Social Media, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Intelliun Corporation is based in Plano, Texas. Their site is intelliun.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
