IntelliTransit Solutions

IntelliTransit iTMS is a unified SaaS platform for Fixed Route & Paratransit, delivering smart, mobile, and integrated transit operations. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IntelliTransit Solutions is based in Cheshire, Connecticut. Their site is intellitransitinc.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
