IntelliSpeX

IntelliSpeX is a ConTech and PropTech software developer. IntelliSpeX is deployed at more than 5,000 worksites. In practice that means bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

It makes the most sense for contractors and builders. They also list Construction and PropTech, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IntelliSpeX is based in Edgewater, Maryland and around since 2019. Their site is intellispex.com.

Things worth asking about: mobile use on site, document control, and cost tracking. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
