Intelligent Designs

Intelligent Designs is an information technology company that provides software, web development and web hosting services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Intelligent Designs is based in Syracuse, New York. Their site is idez.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
