intellidocx

IntelliDocX, LLC. ("IntelliDocX") is a Global Independent Software Vendor of Smart Process Applications. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

intellidocx is based in Miami, Florida. More on intellidocx.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with intellidocx, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
