Intellicost Scheduler

Intellicost Scheduler is a labor management consulting firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Architecture, Compliance, Consulting, Health Care and Product Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Intellicost Scheduler is based in Cortlandt Manor, New York. You can read more at intellicostscheduler.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Intellicost Scheduler well, your review carries weight here.
