Intellergy develops monitoring and controls for buildings and equipment. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Asset Management, Consulting and Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.
