Integrated Systems Solutions

Integrated Systems Solutions Incorporated (ISSI) is a full service, multi-disciplinary and Consulting firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Service Industry. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Integrated Systems Solutions is based in Mechanicsville, Maryland and around since 2003. More on issi-md.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
