Integrated Data Technology

Integrated Data Technology is a consulting company that offers advice on software options for businesses. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

The natural audience is sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list Consulting, CRM and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Integrated Data Technology is based in Garden City, New York. You can read more at i-datatech.com.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
