Integrated Computer Products

Integrated Computer Products is a software development company that offers design, coding, development, and dedicated support services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Technical Support, Web Design and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Integrated Computer Products is based in Mesquite, Nevada. You can read more at intcomprod.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Integrated Computer Products, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
