Intact Innovations

Intact Innovations offers services like Java-based frameworks, open-source technologies, and cloud-based development. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Intact Innovations is based in Cumming, Georgia. You can read more at intactinnovations.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Intact Innovations, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
