InstantQuest

InstantQuest develops technologies that connect entrepreneurs and inventors with their clients to receive efficient feedback. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Market Research. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

InstantQuest is based in West Linn, Oregon and around since 2010. Their site is instantquest.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know InstantQuest well, your review carries weight here.
