Insta Technology Services

Insta Technology Services is an IT consulting and technology company that offers business intelligence and cloud computing services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Intelligence, Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Insta Technology Services is based in Atlantic, Iowa. More on instatechnologyservices.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Insta Technology Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
