Inspector Toolbelt

Here is Inspector Toolbelt in plain terms. The fastest growing, independently owned SAAS provider for the Home Inspection market. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Real Estate and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Inspector Toolbelt is based in Albany, New York. Their site is inspectortoolbelt.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
