InspectNTrack

InspectNTrack is a fire and life safety inspection software that schedules, tracks, and documents inspections and maintenance activities. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Public Safety, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

InspectNTrack is based in Hinckley, Ohio. Their site is inspecttrack.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
