Insource Technology

Here is Insource Technology in plain terms. WeInsource Technology provides business and technology services across many industries including Education, Energy, Real Estate etc. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Infrastructure and Virtualization, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Insource Technology is based in Houston, Texas and around since 1992. More on insource.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
