INRSYS

INRSYS provides a variety of innovative and comprehensive IT solutions. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. They also list Cloud Infrastructure, Consulting, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

INRSYS is based in Valencia, California. More on inrsys.com.
