InnovaWorks

InnovaWorks creates innovative hosted software solutions (Software as a Service - SAAS) specifically for medium-sized companies. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Service Industry. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

InnovaWorks is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and around since 2004. Their site is innovaworks.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
