Innovative Business Technologies

Innovative Business Technologies is an IT firm that delivers managed IT, data protection, cloud and device management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Data Services and Database. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Innovative Business Technologies is based in Grover, Missouri and around since 2008. More on ibusinesstech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Innovative Business Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
