Innovation Technology Solutions

Innovation Technology Solutions LLC provides IT infrastructure and Networking solutions for small businesses. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list Cyber Security, IT Management and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Innovation Technology Solutions is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is innotechsolutions.us.
