Initek Consulting

Initek Consulting a software consulting firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Initek Consulting is based in San Diego, California and around since 2006. You can read more at initekconsulting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Initek Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
