Iniquus

Iniquus offers creative design and software development services to enhance business technology applications. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Software Engineering and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Iniquus is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on iniquus.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Iniquus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
