Infrastructure Specialists

Infrastructure Specialists offers professional IT staff augmentation and implementation services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Service Industry and Skill Assessment, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Infrastructure Specialists is based in Milan, New Hampshire and founded in 2005. Their site is infrastructurespecialists.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
