Infotel

Infotel is a software solutions company that provides enterprise data governance and application management solutions. The job it does: storing and querying application data reliably.

It makes the most sense for developers and data teams. Alongside the main category they mention Data Governance, Database and Enterprise Applications. As a large product team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Infotel is based in Tampa, Florida and founded in 1979. Their site is infotelcorp.com.

Things worth asking about: managed options, backups, and scaling costs. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Infotel, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
