InfoTechWNY

InfoTechWNY is a professional organisation that promotes technology by networking, educating, recognising, and enhancing one's career. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Association, Communities and Small and Medium Businesses, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

InfoTechWNY is based in Orchard Park, New York and around since 1998. You can read more at infotechwny.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
