Infotech

Here is Infotech in plain terms. Two businesses. One company. Infrastructure construction management software and statistical consulting services. People before profit. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Construction and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Infotech is based in Gainesville, Florida and around since 1977. You can read more at infotechinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Infotech well, your review carries weight here.
