Infotec

Infotec is an IT training institution that provides curriculum development, testing, e-learning, certification, and consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, E-Learning and Training. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Infotec is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia and founded in 1988. Their site is infotectraining.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
