Information Management Services

Information Management Services renders software and hardware solutions for automated municipal fund accounting. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Accounting and Hardware. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Information Management Services is based in Ormond Beach, Florida and around since 1979. Their site is ims-florida.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
