InforCenter

InforCenter provides digital building directory software with iPad and QR code features for real estate properties. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention QR Codes and Subscription Service. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

InforCenter is based in Houston, Texas. More on inforcenter.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with InforCenter, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
