InfoData Corporation

InfoData provides leading-edge software solutions that operate in distributed client-server environment or software as a service. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

InfoData Corporation is based in Northfield, Minnesota. Their site is infodatacorp.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
