Infocon Services

Infocon Svcs. Inc. offers IT services for small and medium businesses, focusing on tailored solutions and computer support. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Information Services and Virtualization. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Infocon Services is based in Arcadia, California. More on infoconservices.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
