Infinity Tech Group

Infinity Tech Group is an IT solutions and services company that provides software development and corporate consulting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Data Services, Consulting and DevOps. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Infinity Tech Group is based in Irving, Texas. More on infigroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Infinity Tech Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
