Infinite Solutions

Infinite Solutions is an IT services company that offers managed IT, CIO, and project services to clients. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Infinite Solutions is based in New Albany, Ohio. Their site is infinitesolutionsllc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
