Incite Automation

Incite Automation is an IT automation service provider that offers SaaS solutions, cloud development, BI, and CRM services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing, CRM and Data Center Automation. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Incite Automation is based in Baltimore, Maryland and around since 2018. You can read more at inciteautomation.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
