Incatech

Incatech is an IT company that provides project management, web development and geospatial services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Infrastructure and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Incatech is based in Reston, Virginia and founded in 2007. You can read more at incatech-corp.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Incatech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
