Impulcity

Impulcity is a personalized daily guide enabling people to find local events and places. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Related areas on their profile: Information Services, IT Infrastructure, IT Management, Real Estate and Theatre. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Impulcity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. More on impulcity.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Impulcity well, your review carries weight here.
