!important

!important is a collaboration between automakers, telecoms, and public officials to increase everyone's access to safe roads. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Automotive, Internet of Things, Mobile Apps, Public Safety and Smart Cities, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

!important is based in Berkeley, California and founded in 2019. You can read more at important.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
