IMPEX Technologies

IMPEX Technologies is an information technology services company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IMPEX Technologies is based in El Segundo, California and founded in 1991. You can read more at impextechnologies.com.
