Impetus

Impetus provides web development and software solutions. In practice that means keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Alongside the main category they mention CRM and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Impetus is based in Lombard, Illinois. More on impetusllc.com.

Before you commit, look at pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
