IMMINENT Digital

IMMINENT is a content and technology company devoted to creating the best employee engagement operating system in existence. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

Who is it for? Mostly HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IMMINENT Digital is based in New York, New York and founded in 2015. More on imminentdigital.com.

Before you commit, look at payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
