Imetro Technologies

Imetro Technologies Inc. enhances business communications with innovative software solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware and Telecommunications. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Imetro Technologies is based in Houston, Texas. Their site is imetrotech.net.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
