IManageRent

The connected platform for small landlords to automatically collect rent, manage their properties and activate the lease provisions. That is the short version of IManageRent. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. They also list Property Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
