Illumisoft

Illumisoft is a software development company that specializes in web applications, cloud migration, data management and business solutions. The job it does: running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

It makes the most sense for people teams and managers. They also list Application Performance Management, Cloud Management, Consulting, Data Management and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Illumisoft is based in Kansas City, Missouri. You can read more at illumisoft.com.
