Ikon Objects

Ikon Objects provides big data, analytics, and cloud computing services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Cloud Computing and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ikon Objects is based in Irving, Texas and founded in 2015. More on ikonobjects.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Ikon Objects, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
