iHeart Repair

iHeart Repair is a consumer services company that offers its users with mobile phone, tablet screen, and computer repairs. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

iHeart Repair is based in Bradenton, Florida. Their site is iheartrepair.com.
