iHarvest

iHarvest is an internet startup that provides web harvesting and information management software solutions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

iHarvest is based in Redwood Shores, California and around since 1997. More on iharvest.org.uk.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
