Ignitio

Ignitio offers a platform that helps in the consolidation of records by accumulating metrics easily accessible and manage the business. In practice that means running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

Who is it for? Mostly people teams and managers. They also list Application Performance Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ignitio is based in Reston, Virginia. You can read more at ignitio.com.

Our checklist for this category: review templates, goal tracking, and anonymity options. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Ignitio, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
