IEM Global

IEM Global is a consultancy that provides telecommunication, technology, environmental protection, renewable energy, and software solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Environmental Consulting, Renewable Energy and Telecommunications. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IEM Global is based in Pickerington, Ohio. More on iemglobal.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with IEM Global, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
