IDT Consulting

IDT Consulting offers integrated information management, content services, global cloud faxing, and ECM solutions. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

IDT Consulting is based in Itasca, Illinois. Their site is idtconsulting.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
